Return Policy

Returns:

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging.

• Non-returnable items: earrings, custom-made items, and sale/discounted items.

Process:

• Email jewelblink7@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
